Formloom 2 and Pluskit

Will FormLoom2 work with PlusKit?

First let me say that we love PlusKit, we use it ourselves on the Yabdab web site (primarily for backups). Having said that, let me say this, PlusKit is not part of RapidWeaver. Yabdab creates plugins to use with RapidWeaver, not other plugins. We do not do any testing to make sure that our plugins work with other plugins, why should we?

The nature of FormLoom is more than just a simple "display" effect like an accordian or tabs. It does a lot of processing on the front-end (display) and back-end (processing). Many things need to be in place for the form to work as we advertise it.

I will work with John at Loghound to see if we can't "hack" it similar to the way the Contact plugin is, but I make no promises.

If you really want ultimate flexibility in designing your forms, then there are other products for that....at least..there will be soon. ;-)

Hope this clears things up.

And yes, we know FormLoom v1 worked in some cases with PlusKit, but FormLoom 2 is a complete re-write and works totally different than FormLoom 1. It now works much like the Contact plugin, only with more oomph!
