Help US Help YOU :)

Our support staff is here to help you.  If you have an issue you'd like us to take a look at, the page MUST be published *somewhere* where we can take a look at it.  it can be a temporary directory on your server, that's fine, you don't have to overwrite live pages on your site if there's a problem.  But it MUST be published somewhere on your host that we can view the page and source.  Screenshots and symptom descriptions are great, but really don't allow us to help you.

Much like your auto mechanic needs to actually get under the hood of your car and check things out when you have auto trouble, we need to get into the published code.  If you take your car to a mechanic and tell him he can only view your auto from afar while you TELL him what's going on....he's going to tell you he can't be much help.

Same here.  We can only speculate on what your issue might be if we can't get our hands on the published page.

Thanks for providing us with a link to your page when you send in a support ticket.
